Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

We currently do not accept or process any exchanges or returns. 

If you have any issues with your product, we want to know about it. Please contact us at info@taishaessence.com and we will be happy to further assist you.

Damages and Issues

In the event your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@taishaessence.com with the following information.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged items
  • Photos of packaging it arrived in with the shipping label visible.

Any damages must be reported within 7 days of your shipment being received for a store credit or refund to be considered.

Promotions

Only one promotion code can be applied to each order, unless specified otherwise.

Promotion code eligible orders will have a section to input your code at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be received before your order has been processed and fulfilled. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of orders and pre-orders are processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after fulfillment.
